A lot of the pieces offered in the webshop are made to order (unless stated differently in the product description). Because of this, some pieces can be custom made to your personal size requirements. Feel free to ask us about this before proceeding to checkout.
Product information / care instructions
All items are made by hand using various metalsmithing techniques. Due to the organic nature of the designs, each piece is unique and slight variations may occur.
Metals like bronze, silver and brass, naturally develop a patina over time due to the influence of light, moist and skin contact (your piece is alive!).
Care for your piece by rubbing the bronze, silver or brass surface with a polishing cloth from time to time. These metals react well to a warm bath of 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water. Keep it in for half an hour or so and clean with a soft cloth.
When not worn, store your jewellery in a dark place free of moist, preferably in a sealed bag.
Keep away from chemicals.
All prices in the webshop are listed in EUR. All transactions are done through PayPal.
Customers in the EU can also pay by bank transfer. If you wish to do so, please contact us at email@example.com and you will be sent the BIC and IBAN code.
Orders that haven’t been paid within 10 days will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping & production time
On made-to-order items please allow a production time of 2-5 weeks. Your order will be made after payment is received.
Once your piece is finished, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Items that are ready to ship will be processed once a week. Delivery times will vary, depending on your destination.

We can not be held responsible for any postal delays, loss or damage in transit. If you wish for your shipment to be insured, let us know before purchasing.
For international delivery, goods may be subject to import duties / taxes / additional handling costs specific to the country of delivery.
Please be aware that these charges are at the buyer’s expense. Unfortunately we can not predict the amount, and these costs can not be reclaimed from us.
You are kindly invited to verify the customs policy for the country of delivery before proceeding to checkout, to avoid surprises.
Returns & repairs
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for exchange or shop credit only.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return an item, by mailing the specifics to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns without a prior notification e-mail will not be accepted.
You acknowledge that you bear all risks and costs regarding the shipment of your return.
Once the item has arrived to us in perfect, unworn condition and in the original packaging, you will be send a replacement or gift card.
The returning item remains the customer’s responsibility until the item is received by us.
Please note that sale items can not be returned and shipping costs can not be refunded. On made-to-order items, returns can not be accepted.
A repair service is offered for a fee depending on the nature of the repair. Contact us for more details, as each case will be handled individually.
Your personal information will never be shared with other parties. Your information is treated confidentially and will only be used for administrative purposes regarding the order and shipment of the item.
You have the right to request access to your personal information at any time and to correct any inaccurate data.
